Job Title: Invoicing Trainee

We are seeking a talented Invoicing Trainee to join our team. As an Invoicing Trainee, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial accuracy of our operations by ensuring timely and precise invoicing.

You will be responsible for preparing and issuing invoices to customers, meeting invoice delivery timelines, and entering invoices into customer invoicing websites. You will also submit invoices electronically, understand customer-specific requirements, and check each field on the invoices before submission.

In addition, you will ensure all support and backups are in place and attached to invoices, update the invoice submission status in Navision, and maintain invoice submission logs and customer invoicing process files as reference.

You will work closely with the payroll & invoicing team and accelerate the invoice submission process. You will also send out statement of accounts to customers, reconcile self-billed cases with customer-approved timesheets, and handle invoice rejections and credit and rebills.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Fresh graduates to a maximum of 1.5 years of relevant experience in invoicing.
  • Qualification: Commerce or finance background (B. Com/M. Com/BBA/MBA)
  • Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Technical Skill: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, V-lookup, Pivot Table).
  • Other Skills: Good analytical & logical skill and accounting knowledge.
