Talent Acquisition Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with our business goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists to ensure high performance.
  • Implement workforce planning to meet short-term and long-term hiring needs.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:

  • Build and promote a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience across all hiring stages.
  • Partner with marketing and leadership to run recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and digital branding initiatives.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on talent trends and best practices.
  • Drive strong partnerships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and networks.

Operational Excellence & Compliance:

  • Establish recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies.
  • Implement advanced ATS systems and technology to streamline hiring.

Innovation & Market Insights:

  • Stay updated on market trends, talent intelligence, and industry challenges.
  • Develop strategies to attract niche talent in various fields.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR/Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in scaling hiring operations in fast-growth organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, ATS, and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive employer branding and build strong talent pipelines.
