Job Title: Servicenow Ot Solution Expert
\

 A leading organization is seeking a skilled Servicenow OT solution expert to join their team. As an OT solution expert, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing effective solutions for the organization's operational technology systems.

Responsibilities:

\
  • \
  • Implementing servicenow configuration including CMDB, Discovery, Service Graph Connector (SGC), and other related modules.\
  • Configuring and enhancing servicenow CMDB, ITOM modular platform, and other related configurations.\
  • Developing servicenow ITOM configuration, including CMDB data alignment and automated data population.\
  • Documenting development, configuration, and technical details and preparing training materials for stakeholders.\
  • Working closely with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions.\
  • Representing project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.\
  • Identifying issues, gathering data, analyzing, and presenting solutions.\
  • Preparing training materials and training stakeholders on new processes and procedures.\
  • Implementing CSDM framework for operational technology and end-to-end data alignment process document.\
  • Ensuring seamless integration of servicenow modules and other related systems.\
  • Providing support and guidance to team members on servicenow configuration and implementation.\
  • Staying up-to-date with latest servicenow features and best practices.\
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

\
  • \
  • 5+ years of experience in servicenow configuration and implementation.\
  • Good understanding of servicenow CMDB, discovery, service graph connector, and other related modules.\
  • Knowledge of networking concepts, DMZ zone, public/private/hybrid cloud environment, industrial control systems, and OT network functions.\
  • Understanding of windows, linux/unix administrations, power/shell scripting, and database-level architecture.\
  • Ability to script automated processes using business rule, script action, and other related tools.\
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.\
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.\
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.\
  • Experience with CSDM framework and end-to-end data alignment process document.
