**Job Title:** ServiceNow Technical Consultant

 

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in designing and developing ServiceNow applications, with a focus on IT Asset Management and Software Asset Management (SAM).

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications to meet the needs of our organization.
  • Collaborate with the architecture team to design and implement solutions that align with our business goals.
  • Optimize and maintain existing ServiceNow applications to ensure they are running efficiently.
  • Integrate ServiceNow SAM solutions with other enterprise systems to improve data exchange and reduce errors.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide technical guidance to resolve problems quickly.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in designing and developing ServiceNow applications.
  • Strong knowledge of SAM processes and the end-to-end lifecycle.
  • Experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow SAM Pro module.
  • Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript, or other functional programming languages.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

 

Desirable Experience:

  • At least two full lifecycle ServiceNow SAM implementations.
  • Experience with custom integrations using REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, and Scripted REST API.
  • Experience configuring ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
