Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced CyberArk-PAM professional to spearhead the planning, execution, and delivery of Privileged Access Management initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementation of CyberArk solutions, ensuring secure onboarding of privileged accounts, and driving development of custom connectors and plugins.

This role demands hands-on approach, deep understanding of PAM frameworks, and ability to automate key processes for enhanced efficiency and security. You will play critical role in coordinating with DevOps teams for seamless system integration, conducting regular security audits, and ensuring strict compliance with organizational and industry security policies.

Project Leadership & Management :

- Lead and manage full lifecycle of CyberArk PAM implementation projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.

- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery within quality standards.

CyberArk Solution Implementation :

- Oversee deployment, configuration, and optimization of CyberArk components, including Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA, PTA, and EPM.

- Drive secure onboarding of privileged accounts across various platforms.

Custom Development & Automation :

- Lead development and integration of custom connectors and plugins for CyberArk to meet specific organizational requirements.

- Automate key PAM processes, such as account onboarding, password rotation, session management, and reporting, to improve operational efficiency.

Collaboration & Integration :

- Coordinate closely with DevOps, Infrastructure, Security Operations, and Application teams to ensure seamless integration of CyberArk solutions.

- Facilitate technical discussions and problem-solving sessions with cross-functional teams.

Security & Compliance :

- Conduct regular audits and assessments of CyberArk environment to identify vulnerabilities and ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance frameworks.

- Ensure all PAM activities align with internal security policies and external regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement :

- Engage proactively with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand their security requirements and define appropriate PAM controls.

- Communicate project status, challenges, and successes effectively to all levels of management and stakeholders.

Documentation & Training :

- Ensure comprehensive documentation of PAM architectures, configurations, processes, and operational procedures.

- Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and clients on CyberArk functionalities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years specifically managing Privileged Access Management projects.

Skills :

- Proven hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM suite implementation, configuration, and administration.

- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, security principles, and best practices.

- Experience with scripting languages for automation and custom connector development.

Certifications :

- CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) or other relevant CyberArk certifications.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.
