others Required Technical and Professional Experiencexc2xb7 1-3 years of experience in IT support with exposure to PAM PIM technologies xc2xb7 Familiarity with Identity Governance and Administration IGA concepts Technical Skills xc2xb7 Basic understanding of CyberArk products and platform architecturexc2xb7 Understanding of cybersecurity principles such as least privilege access role-based access control RBAC and privileged account management xc2xb7 Familiarity with IT infrastructure servers networks databases and security tools Preferred Technical and Professional Experiencexc2xb7xc2xb7 Work closely with L2 and L3 support engineers to escalate complex issues and share relevant information for resolution xc2xb7 Communicate effectively with users to understand issues provide status updates
