We are seeking a highly experienced CyberArk-PAM Professional to lead critical security initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of CyberArk solutions, ensuring secure onboarding of privileged accounts, and driving development of custom connectors and plugins.

This role demands hands-on approach, deep understanding of PAM frameworks, and ability to automate key processes for enhanced efficiency and security. You will play a critical role in coordinating with DevOps teams for seamless system integration, conducting regular security audits, and ensuring strict compliance with organizational and industry security policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing full lifecycle of CyberArk PAM implementation projects
  • Developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring timely delivery within quality standards

You will also oversee deployment, configuration, and optimization of CyberArk components, drive secure onboarding of privileged accounts, and automate key PAM processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts, security principles, and best practices. Experience with scripting languages, various operating systems, databases, and network devices is also required.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field is necessary. 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years specifically managing Privileged Access Management (PAM) projects, is also required.

CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) or other relevant CyberArk certifications are highly desirable. Experience with other PAM solutions, knowledge of cloud security principles, and working in an Agile/Scrum environment are also assets.
