About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated CyberArk-PAM professional to spearhead planning, execution, and delivery of our Privileged Access Management initiatives.

This role demands hands-on approach, deep understanding of PAM frameworks, and ability to automate key processes for enhanced efficiency and security.

You will play critical role in coordinating with DevOps teams for seamless system integration, conducting regular security audits, and ensuring strict compliance with organizational and industry security policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage full lifecycle of CyberArk PAM implementation projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.

- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery within quality standards.

CyberArk Solution Implementation:

- Oversee deployment, configuration, and optimization of CyberArk components, including Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA, PTA, and EPM.

- Drive secure onboarding of privileged accounts across various platforms (servers, databases, network devices, applications).

Custom Development & Automation:

- Lead development and integration of custom connectors and plugins for CyberArk to meet specific organizational requirements.

- Automate key PAM processes, such as account onboarding, password rotation, session management, and reporting, to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Collaboration & Integration:

- Coordinate closely with DevOps, Infrastructure, Security Operations, and Application teams to ensure seamless integration of CyberArk solutions with existing IT infrastructure and applications.

- Facilitate technical discussions and problem-solving sessions with cross-functional teams.

Security & Compliance:

- Conduct regular audits and assessments of the CyberArk environment to identify vulnerabilities and ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS).

- Ensure all PAM activities align with internal security policies and external regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement:

- Engage proactively with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand their security requirements, define appropriate PAM controls, and establish clear expectations.

- Communicate project status, challenges, and successes effectively to all levels of management and stakeholders.

Documentation & Training:

- Ensure comprehensive documentation of PAM architectures, configurations, processes, and operational procedures.

- Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and clients on CyberArk functionalities and best practices.
