HR Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our organisation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading human resource operations and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the role.

  • Lead the recruitment process, including defining job descriptions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and finalising offers.
  • Develop a robust candidate pipeline through platforms like Naukri, and referrals.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, role expectations, and team structures.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely communication with candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

The HR Manager will be responsible for:

  • Drafting, updating, and maintaining employee contracts in compliance with UK employment laws.
  • Maintaining and revising the employee handbook and company policies, ensuring all policies are current, legally compliant, and communicated clearly.
  • Handling queries related to HR policies, including leave, probation, working hours, and other employment matters.

Timesheet Management:

The HR Manager will be responsible for:

  • Implementing and monitoring a streamlined timesheet submission process for all employees and contractors.
  • Ensuring timely reminders, accuracy in submissions, and resolving any inconsistencies in logged hours.
  • Collaborating with department leads to ensure proper project and time tracking protocols are followed.

Invoicing and Payments:

The HR Manager will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with the finance team to ensure timely salary disbursals, contractor payments, and reimbursements.
  • Maintaining records of employee compensation, incentives, bonuses, and one-time payments.
  • Tracking and managing documentation related to freelance and part-time contributors.
