Elite Hiring Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our hiring efforts in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Develop strategies to attract top talent from untapped markets, leveraging AI tools and data insights.
  • Talent Pool Mapping: Map new talent pools across cities and competitor ecosystems to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Recruitment Productivity: Use AI-powered tools and digital strategies to drive recruitment productivity and efficiency.
  • Candidate Experience: Own the candidate experience by acting as both recruiter and brand ambassador, selling our vision to top candidates.
  • Talent Needs: Partner with senior business leaders and global stakeholders to define talent needs and deliver on ambitious goals.
  • Accountability: Lead with accountability by driving and reporting on KPIs like time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, pipeline velocity, and diversity.
  • Mentorship: Elevate the team by mentoring recruiters, instilling a sales-oriented and data-driven mindset, and building a culture of excellence in TA.

Requirements:

  • 10-12 years of progressive TA experience with at least 3–4 years leading small - mid-sized hiring teams.
  • Proven success in hiring elite, hard-to-find talent in tech / SaaS / product companies.
  • A go-getter mindset – persuasive, sales-oriented, and able to thrive under ambitious goals.
  • Strong ability to think outside the box: creative sourcing, employer branding, digital and social engagement.
  • Experience using AI-based recruiting tools, market intelligence platforms, and automation to transform TA delivery.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, and able to take stakeholders and teams along while also challenging the status quo.
  • Data-driven approach with sharp focus on recruitment KPIs and ROI.
  • A technical background (B.Tech or equivalent) is a plus – helps you speak the language of the talent you'll be hiring.
