Job Opportunity for Executive PMO

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive PMO professional to drive our operations forward.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project management expert to join our team and make a significant impact on our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with the delivery team, identify new demands, and handle project execution related operational matters such as invoicing, contract renewals, SOW & pricing exercises, timesheet management, and more.
  • To coordinate with the talent acquisition team to facilitate recruitment and hiring of new employees.
  • To track and maintain dashboards with high accuracy.
  • To chair semi-weekly/weekly calls with stakeholders and publish meeting minutes and status reports.
  • To serve as the primary point of contact for all operations-related inquiries, issues, and concerns.
  • To drive and support business decisions and compliance.
  • To develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • To collaborate effectively with others.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-3 years of experience in a PMO role.
  • Must have experience working with an IT services company.
