Job Title: Digital Marketing Head

We are seeking a senior digital marketing professional to lead our digital marketing division, managing a team of experts across Branding, social media, Performance Marketing, Design, and Web Development.

This leadership role requires both strategic vision and execution capability to drive high-impact campaigns and business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering branding, lead generation, and SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams (Branding, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Design, Web Development) to achieve business goals.
  • Own and deliver comprehensive branding, lead generation, and SEO strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Oversee digital marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making using analytics tools to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape the agency's growth roadmap and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in social media marketing and lead generation with a strong portfolio of achievements.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools, with the ability to apply them to drive business growth.
  • Experience managing large teams and multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
