">Key Responsibilities:
">We seek a dynamic Manager – Partnerships & Alliances to spearhead commercial vertical growth by identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic partnerships. This role focuses on cultivating a strong network of landowners and ecosystem partners (contractors, architects, suppliers, consultants) that can support the execution of commercial construction projects.
">Responsibilities include:

- Identifying and onboarding key partners, including landowners, developers, architects, MEP consultants, PMC firms, and relevant stakeholders.">
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners to drive continuous engagement and project flow.">
- Negotiating partnership terms and contracts to ensure mutual value creation.">
Requirements:
">Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, with an MBA being a plus. They should have 5-8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably within the construction, real estate, or infrastructure domain.
