  • Lead and support multi-plant MES rollouts, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to production.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, automation, and IT.">
  • Provide post-deployment support, issue resolution, and system optimization.">
  • Document technical specifications, configurations, and support procedures.">
  • Ensure system reliability, scalability, and compliance with manufacturing standards.">

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in MES development and deployment.

- Strong expertise in Siemens Opcenter Discrete and OPC integration.

- Proven track record of successful MES rollouts across multiple manufacturing sites.

- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor operations.

- Proficiency in SQL, scripting, and system integration.
