Job Summary

The role of Automation Systems Expert involves analyzing problems, documenting work for hand-off, offering timely solutions, and figuring out complex system interactions. This position is project-based and requires subject matter expertise in infrastructure.

This hands-on role has two main components: contributing to current projects and long-range strategic planning of IT infrastructure and operational execution.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze problems and tech issues, offer solutions, and test, modify, automate, and integrate systems.
  • Contribute to long-range strategic planning of IT infrastructure and operational execution.
  • Work closely with Architects, Technicians, and PMs throughout the lifespan of a project.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation systems with other systems and applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in automation systems administration.
  • Install, configure, and maintain automation software and related components.
  • Manage and optimize automation environments, including servers, agents, and enterprise management tools.
  • Monitor system performance and perform regular health checks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation systems and their integrations.
