Job Title:

IT Transformation Expert


Role Overview:

Lead digital transformation initiatives for manufacturing clients, leveraging global exposure and hands-on experience in IT, ERP, and supply chain solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise manufacturing clients on IT strategy and process optimization, focusing on ERP, MES, and supply chain integration.
  • Lead end-to-end system integration projects-requirements, solution design, implementation, data migration, and support-across discrete and process manufacturing environments.
  • Support presales: drive solutioning, RFP responses, cost estimation, and proposal presentations for large-scale projects.
  • Build and manage client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and drive business development across geographies.
  • Oversee project teams, ensuring quality delivery and managing risks for multi-site and multi-country engagements.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, data security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on manufacturing technology trends (e.g., Industry 4.0, IoT, automation) and best practices mentor and upskill team members.
  • Publish white papers, lead workshops, and contribute to industry forums.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 15-20 years of manufacturing IT consulting, with significant SI project leadership (ERP/MES/Supply Chain).
  • Proven track record in presales, business development, and delivery for global manufacturing clients.
  • Hands-on experience with leading platforms: SAP, MS Dynamics, QAD, Infor LN, or similar.
  • Strong communication, client management, and cross-functional team leadership abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
