Front Desk Associate Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Associate to join our team. This is a key role that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling guest check-in/check-out procedures, managing OTA and direct reservations, coordinating with housekeeping and operations teams, and delivering 5-star level guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage OTA and direct reservations, ensuring seamless communication with guests and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams to ensure smooth hotel operations.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.
Requirements:Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel front office role.
  • Strong English and Hindi communication skills.
  • Presentable, guest-focused, and reliable individual.
  • Punctual and able to work flexible hours.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with hospitality software and systems.
  • Experience working in a premium boutique-style property.
  • Knowledge of international and corporate client needs.
