Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior Hotel Sales professional to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the hotel industry. This is a full-time position requiring strong skills in B2B sales, negotiation, and lead generation. The role is centered around promoting our services and expanding our client base in the hospitality sector.

Qualifications and Skills

  • B2B sales experience to effectively communicate and sell our services to other businesses (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong negotiation skills are essential for securing beneficial terms and building lasting partnerships (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with lead generation to identify and nurture potential clients, expanding our client network (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management to maintain and strengthen client connections.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions for strategic planning and better sales performance.
  • Meritorious communication skills to provide clear and compelling information to clients about our services.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, demonstrating initiative and collaboration in sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales trends and consumer demands for making informed decisions.

  • Develop and implement actionable sales strategies to maximize hotel service offerings and client base.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and maintain competitive intelligence.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with hotel management and marketing teams to create promotional offers and sales packages.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust tactics to meet targets and company objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential and existing clients.
  • Attend industry events and networking sessions to represent Nexus Jobs and forge valuable connections.
  • Report on sales activities, progress, and results to stakeholders on a regular and structured basis.
