
Sales Director for Hospitality

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in hotel sales management and be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet targets, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners, analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
- This role requires a strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, experience in managing teams and driving revenue growth, and knowledge of the hospitality industry and current market trends.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in hotel sales management or a related field.
- A degree in a relevant field such as hospitality, business, or marketing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Able to analyze data and make informed decisions, with a focus on driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Experience in managing budgets and financial planning, with a focus on profitability and cost control.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex customer issues.
