Customer Support Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences via various communication channels. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our US-based clients, providing timely and accurate support to resolve their queries and issues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Offer top-tier support through phone, email, and chat interactions.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, ensuring that customers receive accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner while maintaining a positive relationship.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Elevate complex issues to relevant departments, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Nurture strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Meet key performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, particularly with US clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are necessary.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, ticketing tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is required.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks is crucial.
