Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-centric professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues related to lost packages, damaged products, and incorrect orders. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have experience in ecommerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email and other communication channels.
  • Manage and resolve issues related to lost packages, damaged products, and incorrect orders.
  • Process and manage customer orders on our website platform, including handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Act as the main point of contact for shipping vendors, working with them to track down and resolve delivery issues efficiently.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free customer experience.
  • Maintain clear, concise, and empathetic communication with customers at all times.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience 1-2 years working in ecommerce operations role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
