Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and efficient sourcing, screening, and onboarding of qualified candidates for domestic positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for domestic hiring.
- Source candidates through various channels: job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Negotiate salary, benefits, and close offers effectively.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Track recruitment metrics (TAT, source of hire, offer-to-join ratio).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain recruitment databases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in domestic recruitment (IT/Non-IT depending on role).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and domestic job portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
- Experience in bulk hiring or niche hiring is an added advantage.
