Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong understanding of corporate ethics frameworks and POSH regulations. They should be able to effectively manage cases, maintain accurate records, and provide timely updates on the Ethics Portal.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate internal ethics and compliance investigations.
  • Review investigation reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain a secure log of ethics cases and ensure timely closure.
  • Prepare case summaries for leadership and board-level reporting.
  • Ensure timely updates on the Ethics Portal.
  • Manage POSH tracker and ensure real-time updates.
  • File cases on the government portal as per legal norms.
  • Conduct ethics and POSH-related training sessions.
  • Develop and circulate awareness communications.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating ethics and POSH policies.
  • Ensure effective communication and implementation of policy changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in ethics, compliance, HR, or legal support.
  • Strong understanding of POSH regulations and corporate ethics frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • High attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information.
