Senior Relationship Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Relationship Development Specialist.

About the Role:

This position involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with bank branch constituents, identifying business opportunities, and driving effective sales strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets, increasing customer awareness about life insurance solutions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed business targets through Bank FOS
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with all constituents in the Bank Branch
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
  • Provide regular training and coaching to bank staff on life insurance concepts and product introductions
  • Drive effective reward and recognition programs for bank staff to enhance morale and motivation
