Job Title: Product Manager

This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies for over-the-counter brands to drive sales, market share, and profitability. The position requires close collaboration with various teams including sales, medical, R&D, regulatory, and supply chain.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual and long-term marketing plans for assigned over-the-counter brands.
  • Identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to design brand positioning.
  • Oversee product launches, relaunches, and lifecycle extensions.
  • Monitor brand performance and profitability, ensuring continuous growth.
  • Conduct consumer and trade research to identify opportunities.
  • Track over-the-counter market dynamics, competitor strategies, and pricing trends.
  • Design ATL/BTL campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with creative and media agencies to drive impactful consumer communication.
  • Work with sales teams to develop trade marketing plans and support field execution.
  • Coordinate with regulatory, medical, and R&D for product compliance and innovation.
  • Prepare and monitor marketing budgets for assigned brands.
  • Measure ROI of campaigns and track sales performance against targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of pharma OTC/consumer healthcare marketing.
  • Expertise in brand building, consumer insights, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.
  • Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities.
