Product Lifecycle Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) specialist to join our team. As a PLM specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing product lifecycle management processes and bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze current PLM processes and workflows
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
- Collaborate with teams to define PLM system requirements
- Support PLM software configuration and implementation
- Develop and maintain PLM system documentation
- Conduct user training and provide technical support

Required Qualifications, Competencies & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in PLM or product development environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in PLM software (e.g., ARAS, Teamcenter, PTC Windchill)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking, collaborative approach, attention to details, adaptability, and technical acumen

Technical Skills:

- PLM software implementation
- Process mapping
- Data analysis
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of product development cycles

Preferred Certifications:

- PLM Professional Certification
- SCRUM Master
- Business Analysis Professional Certification
