Job Title: Business Process Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team. As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities to leverage ServiceNow modules for automation and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements for ServiceNow solutions.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.

Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, and use cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
