Senior Hospitality Manager Job Description

About the Position:

The Senior Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a food service facility, ensuring that all aspects of the business meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Service Operations:
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients, maintaining high standards of quality, cost, presentation, and flavor of foods.
  • Develop and implement new menu recipes, upgrade existing menus, and create special event menus.
  • Taste and inspect food before service begins, ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Operational Ownership:
  • Implement and maintain all Quality, Health, Safety, Environment (QHSE) and Hygiene & Food Safety (H&FS) processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of operational tasks.
  • Cash and Debtors Management:
  • Accurately control, handover, and deposit cash, maintaining specified cash control documents.
  • Raise and deliver invoices to clients as per schedule.
  • People Management and Training:
  • Manage on-site team members, including cooks, maintenance personnel, stewards, cashiers, and stores assistants.
  • Implement HR processes and staff welfare activities, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Communication and Client Retention:
  • Maintain close communication with clients regarding services, additional business opportunities, and hygiene initiatives.
  • Promote client retention through excellent service delivery and relationship management.
  • Wastage Control and Cost Management:
  • Maintain records of daily leftovers and plan production based on this data.
  • Minimize wastage and recycle excess ingredients while maintaining highest hygiene standards.
  • Systems Implementation and Process Management:
  • Implement and follow company policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Document and display work processes for clarity and transparency.
  • Procurement and Inventory Management:
  • Monitor daily raw material indents, ensuring efficient inventory management.

  • IHM pass out with 10 years of work experience.
