We are looking for an Accounts Manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry to manage and oversee our hotel's finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective control over daily transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including billing, vendor payments, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports and budgets.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Monitor cash flow and implement cost control measures.
  • Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality/hotel industry .
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in Tally/Hotel accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification required.
