E-commerce Lead:

We are seeking a skilled e-commerce professional to drive our online business forward. As an E-commerce Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive sales.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in e-commerce management, digital marketing, and data analysis. You will lead our e-commerce operations, manage day-to-day tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless processes.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, managing product listings and pricing, collaborating with marketing teams, monitoring key performance indicators, and analyzing sales performance.

You will also be responsible for planning and executing seasonal and promotional campaigns, updating product information, coordinating with logistics and fulfillment teams, and ensuring timely order processing and delivery.

In addition, you will analyze customer behavior and trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. You will also monitor website functionality and handle troubleshooting issues, collaborate with customer service teams, and track and report e-commerce performance.

Objectives
  • Developing and executing e-commerce strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
  • Managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth e-commerce processes.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
  • Planning and executing seasonal and promotional campaigns to increase sales and boost customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in e-commerce management, digital marketing, and data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and CRM systems.
