Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and scaling the Toys category. This includes onboarding leading Toys brands and launching them across e-commerce marketplaces and offline retail channels.

You will manage the end-to-end brand lifecycle for global brands to scale in international markets. Your goal is to build and manage a curated portfolio of brands exclusively in the Toys category.

Key responsibilities include driving brand growth through assortment expansion, optimizing underperforming SKUs, iterating packaging, content, and supply chain, and partnering with cross-functional teams to maximize brand performance.

Additionally, you will contribute to a robust omnichannel presence across Ecommerce and offline channels as feasible, while driving profitability and scalability through margin management and GMV contribution.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior 8+ years of work experience in category management, including 4+years in offline retail and eCommerce and at least 2+ years in the Toys category preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Toys' specific consumer behavior, product assortment, manufacturing, and supplier network.
  • Expertise in marketplace/retail selling: category strategy, pricing, visibility, and marketing levers.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling assortment and lifecycle SKU management.
  • Proven record of cross-functional collaboration across brand, ops, tech, and analytics.
