Site Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a detail-driven, strategic Site Merchandising Specialist to drive customer engagement and sales performance on e-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing site merchandising strategies, campaign management, and content optimization.

  • Owning on-site merchandising, campaigns, and promotional events to enhance the customer experience.
  • Developing and executing the site merchandising calendar, including key product launches and category-wide events.
  • Tracking and analyzing customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase funnels to optimize traffic and conversion.
  • Designing and refreshing storefronts based on customer demand and purchase patterns.
  • Coordinating with design teams to create engaging marketing assets.
  • Developing, testing, and analyzing new merchandising strategies to improve engagement.

Key Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in E-commerce Marketing or Site Merchandising (e-commerce platform experience preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn SQL, XML, and in-house merchandising tools.
  • Experience in data analysis to optimize site performance.
