About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented user insights professional to join our team. As a User Researcher, you will be responsible for understanding user needs, behaviors, and motivations through various research methods.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conducting user research using methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather valuable insights into user needs and behaviors.
  • Analyzing gathered data to identify trends and patterns in user behaviors, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborating with Product Managers, Business, and Product teams to integrate user insights into the product development process and optimize product strategies.
  • Advocating for the user by presenting research findings to stakeholders and ensuring that user-centric decisions are made at every stage of product development.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in user research to continuously improve research methodologies and processes.
Ideal Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in a variety of research methods and tools (e.g., usability testing software, survey tools).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present research findings to stakeholders.
