Job Title: Strategic Change Lead - Large Scale TransformationThe role involves leading change management efforts in large-scale transformation projects, working with clients to navigate their organization for growth, optimization, and innovation.Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing effective change strategies for large-scale transformation programs with a global reach.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create technology and non-technology solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring successful project delivery through effective communication and relationship building.
  • Conducting needs assessments and developing training programs to enhance the skills of employees.
  • Creating and delivering high-impact communications to senior stakeholders and facilitating discussions to drive key business decisions.
Requirements for the role include:
  • 5-8 years of overall experience, with at least 3+ years of top-tier consulting experience post MBA preferably as a change management specialist.
  • Hands-on experience of end-to-end change management interventions in at least 2-3 transformation programs.
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Strong executive-level relationship building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications include certification in change management such as Prosci, PCI, etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business transformation, organization change management, and program management principles.
