At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Strategist to lead our go-to-market strategy and drive sales growth. With over 10 years of experience in direct selling and sales management, this role will devise and own go-to-market strategy to meet and exceed sales quota achievement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, consultative selling, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. This includes developing, analyzing, overseeing, and executing growth strategies roadmap, new programs, and strategic partnerships to achieve and exceed sales target attainment.

Nurture and engage leads/prospects and convert them into qualified opportunities. Track and manage all opportunities for potential sales across the pipeline to penetrate and attract prospects and convert them into recurring revenue.

  • Develop and implement sales initiatives to achieve sales targets, goals, and objectives.
  • Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities across multiple verticals.
  • Utilize data analysis and market research to inform sales strategy and optimize results.

Requirements:

To succeed as a Sales Growth Strategist, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong experience with establishing and meeting sales targets, goals, and objectives.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in direct selling and sales management with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
