Leading Audit Engagements

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in leading audit engagements from inception to completion. This entails collaborating with US and India-based accounting experts to drive the planning and execution of audits.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, enabling them to guide and support engagement staff in their endeavors. Effective communication is also crucial for collaborating with managers and partners on client issue resolution.
Multiple concurrent engagements require active management to ensure timely delivery and meet client expectations. In this capacity, you will be responsible for conducting constructive discussions with team members regarding their evaluations.
Key qualifications include:
- At least 3 years of post-qualification experience with a U.S. accounting firm
- Aiming towards Chartered Accountancy certification preferred
- Knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards is essential
- Strong leadership, training, and mentoring abilities are vital
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management skills, and innovative problem-solving capabilities are required
