Job Description:

Main Responsibilities
  • We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager Lead to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting financial statements audits in accordance with US GAAP and US GAAS.
  • He/she will lead a team of accounting and auditing experts, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • The Audit Manager Lead will perform independent accounting and auditing research, analyzing complex data and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Building strong working relationships with peers, supervisors, and colleagues is essential for success in this role.
  • Responsibilities include analysis of presentation and disclosure impact on financial statements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in US GAAP and GAAS.
  • Certified Chartered Accountant or other qualified professionals in the accounting and tax fields.
  • Preferred knowledge of Caseware and Caseview software.
  • Excellent teamwork and leadership skills, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, with a focus on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Industry exposure in NFP, Single Audit, Government, and/or HUD sectors.
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work extended hours during peak periods, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Quick learner, enthusiastic, positive demeanor, and a team player.
