Job Purpose

The Executive - Invoice Processing role is responsible for overseeing the entire invoice processing lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate payment to suppliers. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the processing period.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement efficient invoice processing procedures to minimize errors and delays
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Provide training and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
External Interactions

The Executive - Invoice Processing will interact with various stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Internal Interactions

The role will require frequent interactions with internal teams, including finance, procurement, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Financial Dimensions

The Executive - Invoice Processing will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the invoice processing lifecycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Other Dimensions

The role will also involve developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers, as well as identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Education Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration, is required for this role.

Relevant Experience

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in finance, accounting, or business administration.
