We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Capture and audit invoices and receipts for new and existing customers.
• Simplify invoices and forward them to clients for payment approvals.
• Provide support on multiple levels and communicate effectively with clients.
Requirements:
• Any graduation except BE/BTECH.
• 1-2 years of experience, preferably with immediate joiners.
• Fresher candidates can also apply.
Desired Skills:
• Analytical skills.
• Numeric skills.
• Understanding of invoices and billing receipts.
Work Environment:
• 5 days of work with 2 rotational weekly offs.
• Rotational shifts (day/night) are available.
• Transport facility is provided.
