Female Telecaller Job Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Female Telecaller to join our sales team in Velachery, Chennai. This role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining product offerings, and generating quality leads.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to potential customers and explaining product offerings.
  • FOLLOWING up with existing leads and maintaining a strong pipeline.
  • Understanding customer requirements and offering suitable products/solutions.
  • Scheduling meetings or site visits for the field sales team.
  • Achieving monthly call targets and contributing to overall sales goals.
  • Maintaining customer database and updating CRM tools regularly.
  • Building strong client relationships to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinating with internal teams for quotations, deliveries, and after-sales support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling/sales in the solar, construction, or electrical industry.
  • Proficient in Tamil and English (Hindi is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Familiar with using basic computer tools (Excel, CRM, email, etc.).
