Electronics Sales Representative Job

We are seeking a dynamic Electronics Sales Representative to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and sales conversion for our industrial repair services. This role requires on-the-ground client interactions, relationship-building, and solution selling to industries that rely on high-value electronic systems.

About Us

We specialize in repair and refurbishment of Electronic Control Systems across three key segments:

  • Construction & Infrastructure Machinery (Welding Machines, Piling Rigs, Drilling Rigs, Excavators, Dozers, Crawler Cranes, Tower Cranes, Diesel Generators)
  • Production Machinery (CNC, VMC, Plastic Injection Molding & Extrusion Machines, Textile Machines, Automation Systems)
  • Medical Electronics (Patient Monitors, Imaging/Scanning Equipment, Biomedical Systems)

We help our clients reduce downtime, extend equipment life, and save on costly replacements by providing world-class repair, refurbishment, and support services.

Job Overview

This role requires a motivated and result-driven individual with strong communication and negotiation skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers, and presenting company services to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, industry networking, and outreach.
  2. Visit client sites (factories, workshops, construction sites, hospitals) to understand repair/refurbishment requirements.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (Plant Managers, Service Managers, Procurement Heads, Biomedical Engineers, etc.).
  4. Presentation and promotion of company services to prospective clients with a consultative selling approach.
  5. Work closely with the technical team to prepare quotations, proposals, and customized solutions.
  6. Track and follow up on leads to ensure timely conversion.
  7. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report sales activities to management.
  8. Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events when required.
Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Diploma / B. E in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical.
  • 1–2 years of experience in B2 B Sales / Industrial Sales / Field Sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
