Role Overview:
We are looking for a
dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive
who will drive
lead generation, client acquisition, and sales conversion
for our industrial repair services. This role requires
on-the-ground client interactions, relationship-building, and solution selling
to industries that rely on high-value electronic systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, industry networking, and LinkedIn outreach.
Visit client sites (factories, workshops, construction sites, hospitals) to understand repair/refurbishment requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (Plant Managers, Service Managers, Procurement Heads, Biomedical Engineers, etc.).
Present and promote company services to prospective clients with a
consultative selling approach
.
Work closely with the technical team to prepare quotations, proposals, and customized solutions.
Track and follow up on leads to ensure timely conversion.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report sales activities to management.
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events when required.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education:
Diploma / B.E in, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical
- Experience:
1–2 years of experience in
B2B Sales / Industrial Sales / Field Sales
. Experience in construction machinery sales or industrial machinery sales, or medical equipment sales will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and manage time effectively.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
