- Construction & Infrastructure Machinery (Welding Machines, Piling Rigs, Drilling Rigs, Excavators, Dozers, Crawler Cranes, Tower Cranes, Diesel Generators)
- Production Machinery (CNC, VMC, Plastic Injection Molding & Extrusion Machines, Textile Machines, Automation Systems)
- Medical Electronics (Patient Monitors, Imaging/Scanning Equipment, Biomedical Systems)

We help our clients reduce downtime, extend equipment life, and save on costly replacements by providing world-class repair, refurbishment, and support services.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive who will drive lead generation, client acquisition, and sales conversion for our industrial repair services. This role requires on-the-ground client interactions, relationship-building, and solution selling to industries that rely on high-value electronic systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, industry networking, and outreach.
- Visit client sites (factories, workshops, construction sites, hospitals) to understand repair/refurbishment requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (Plant Managers, Service Managers, Procurement Heads, Biomedical Engineers, etc.).
- Present and promote company services to prospective clients with a consultative selling approach .
- Work closely with the technical team to prepare quotations, proposals, and customized solutions.
- Track and follow up on leads to ensure timely conversion.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report sales activities to management.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events when required.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education: Diploma / B.E in, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales / Industrial Sales / Field Sales . Experience in construction machinery sales or industrial machinery sales, or medical equipment sales will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
