Senior Manager-Infra/Cloud Architect

The Senior Manager-Infra/Cloud Architect is responsible for the strategic planning, infrastructure design, and engineering governance of global IT infrastructure and cloud landscapes.

This role spans data center technologies, cloud platforms, networking, security, and hybrid infrastructure models. The architect acts as a bridge between business needs and technical delivery, translating enterprise goals into scalable, secure, and cost-optimized solutions across geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and maintain the global infrastructure and cloud architecture blueprint.
  • Align designs with business continuity, scalability, cybersecurity, and performance objectives.
  • Champion platform rationalization and simplification initiatives.
  • Architect infrastructure solutions for large programs (e.g., DC transformation, AD consolidation, hybrid cloud migration).
  • Review and approve high-level designs, low-level designs, and bills of materials submitted by partners or internal teams.
  • Validate architecture compliance in global IT programs.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies such as Zero Trust, SD-WAN, SASE, Edge Computing, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
  • Define proof-of-concept initiatives and guide technology onboarding.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Cloud Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, GCP Architect)
  • TOGAF, ITIL Foundation preferred
  • Network/Security certifications (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet) beneficial
  • 12+ years of infrastructure experience, with 5+ years in an architecture role across global delivery models.
