Cloud Architect - AWS Serverless Expert

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Architect with strong expertise in designing and implementing resilient, fault-tolerant AWS architectures using automation and multi-region failover.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architecture Design: Design scalable, highly available, and secure cloud architectures that meet business requirements.
  • SRE Implementation: Apply SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, error budgets) to drive reliability and reduce toil in the development process.
  • Resilience Patterns: Implement retries, throttling, circuit breakers, and graceful degradation in cloud applications.
  • Observability Pipelines: Configure end-to-end observability pipelines (logs, metrics, traces, events) with CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Grafana for real-time monitoring and issue detection.
  • Automation Workflows: Develop automation and self-healing workflows using Python, Node.js/TypeScript, Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge for efficient incident response.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • AWS Serverless Stack: Deep hands-on experience with AWS serverless stack: Lambda, EventBridge, Kinesis, Firehose, S3, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, RDS.
  • Coding Expertise: Strong coding expertise in Python and Node.js/TypeScript for automation.
  • Security and Resiliency: Experience in IAM, Security Groups, Secrets Manager, resiliency automation, and chaos testing for robust security and resilience.
  • Containerization and Data Observability: Knowledge of ECS/EKS and data observability is a plus.
