Network Team Lead Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our network team and drive the development of cloud network infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement efficient cloud network architectures, including physical and software-defined networking frameworks.
  • Maintain high availability, flexibility, and performance while ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to a team of network engineers, evaluating their performance and providing coaching where needed.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and trends to identify risks and business opportunities.
Requirements
  • At least 6-8 years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining data center networks, with expertise in L2/L3 technologies, Cisco/Juniper routers, switches, and wireless devices.
  • Strong understanding of WAN & Routing technologies, security protocols, switching, and QoS.
  • Familiarity with SDN technologies and network monitoring protocols.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly resolve complex network issues.
  • Effective project management skills and ability to learn new technologies rapidly.

Bonus attributes include hands-on expertise in CloudStack networking and a strong track record of driving innovation and improvement within a team.
