Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
We are seeking a skilled engineer to join our team in Nagpur.
About the Job:
As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for owning day2 operations and steadystate reliability of the VCF stack.
You will work closely with customer IT teams to maintain platform health, implement changes, and proactively optimize capacity and performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Day2 Operations & Reliability
- Monitor, triage, and resolve incidents; drive problem management and rootcause analysis.
- Perform routine health checks and remediation across vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and vROps.
- Strong handson with vSphere administration in production (cluster design, HA/DRS, VM lifecycle, patching/updates).
- Practical vSAN operations experience (policybased management, health & performance troubleshooting).
- Working knowledge of NSXT for day2 ops: overlay/segments, basic routing concepts (T0/T1 awareness), distributed firewall rule creation/validation, NAT.
- Experience with vROps / VMware Aria Operations for monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, and reporting.
- Solid understanding of data center networking (L2/L3 fundamentals) and storage basics.
- Comfortable with change/incident processes (ITILaligned) and writing/runbook documentation.
