ServiceNow Developer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow developer to join our core transformation program, focusing on Order Management and Delivery processes.

  • This role involves developing enhancements identified during UAT and reviewing existing designs for improvements.
  • The successful candidate will implement ServiceNow OM and CSM solutions, including simple and complex order capture and orchestration, integrations with third-party tools, and collaboration with ServiceNow Architect and tech leads.
  • Solutions must align with platform standards and minimize customizations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop software applications using ServiceNow development methodologies.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and tech leads to design and deliver efficient solutions.
  • Implement best practices for testing, deployment, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 3 years in Order Management.
  • Strong expertise in CSDM, Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer, and proficiency with integrations.
  • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow platform and core features, as well as sales and ordering processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience collaborating with architects, BAs, and tech leads.
  • Fluent English with excellent communication skills, fast learner with proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills.
