Job Title: ServiceNow Application Developer

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow expert to join our team as an application developer.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow, Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), Configuration Management Database (CMD) and IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Demonstrated ability to configure ServiceNow, customize and develop reports for setting up processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Pleasant attitude and strong teamwork skills

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the following:

  • Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD)
  • Customer Service Management (CSM)
  • Configuration Management Database (CMD)
  • IT Service Management (ITSM)

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications
  • Develop reports and dashboards for business stakeholders
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
