Role Summary

A seasoned software professional is required to lead large-scale implementations and provide expert-level support for ServiceNow platforms.

About the Position

  • Minimum 7 years of IT experience with at least 5 years on the ServiceNow platform.
  • 3+ years of hands-on configuration experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
  • Strong understanding of HRSD modules including Case Management, Knowledge, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Scoped Applications, Script Includes, Business Rules, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Experience with enterprise-level HR service environments and large-scale project management.
  • Certified ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist or Certified System Administrator.
  • Unit testing, Defect fixing – all testing cycles, movement between instances, cutover and go live hypercare support.
  • Experience with ITSM, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and configure ServiceNow solutions for clients.
  • Leverage expertise in HRSD to drive process efficiency and improve employee experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
